We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks. PURPOSE The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting new accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.  

Social Media Strategy:  To implement, manage, and analyze all social media programs. Monitor and engage in the hotel portfolio’s social media accounts, as well as experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media.  Dive into web and social analytics of not just our portfolio but also our competition, to see where we can improve and what we should change about our overall social strategy.  Strategize with and educate management on incorporating relevant social media techniques.  Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer data-driven recommendations that outline necessary changes to the social media and digital marketing plan.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively soliciting, negotiating and confirming group bookings in order to meet budgeted guest room and catering/banquet revenue goals. The Sales Manager will promote and sell to varied market segments through direct telephone and in-person sales calls and through participation in tradeshows and networking events. The Group Sales Manager will work closely with the revenue management and sales/marketing functions to develop strategies to maximize RevPAR and to grow market share. This position requires a ‘hunter’ mentality, with strong capability to expand and grow existing accounts while driving new business to Kahler Hospitality Group Hotels.

You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

To manage the food and beverage departments of the hotel to include food preparation, food service, and lounge service so as to maintain established operational standards and maximize profits of the hotel. This position may also be responsible for the banquet/catering sales and service functions.

Supervise Restaurant staff before, during and after business hours in order to ensure a successful operation and building and repeat business

The Sous Chef assists the Exec Chef in planning and managing the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.

Answer and direct guest calls and questions and log requests for the hotel. Monitor cameras - parking ramp
