Overview

Part time weekend shifts.  Provide exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.  This includes, presentation, table setup, and timely delivery/follow-up.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Taking guest room service orders over the phone.
  • Set-up and delivery of room service orders to guests.
  • Bussing trays from guest rooms/hallways.
  • General area stocking and clean up. 
  • Break-down and set up for next shift. 
  • Maintain Kahler Grand standards of Food & Beverage quality and guest service. 
  • Other job related duties as assigned including cross training.                       

     

 

Qualifications

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies. Other competencies not listed may be required for specific positions.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Comfortable with using the computer

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 6 months – 1 year prior serving experience preferred. 
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $14.30/hour plus gratuity.
