Assist the Front Office Manager in directing and supervising the operational activities of the hotel's front office within Corporate and hotel guidelines to provide the highest standards of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels.

Set up of banquet tables and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to KHG's high standards of quality.

Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and to prepare food items according to their outlets menu and recipe standards and customer request.  To assure preparation and service is of the highest possible quality in a timely manner.
