We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and entrepreneurial Restaurant General Manager to lead this exciting launch and oversee ongoing operations. Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and resolving any customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue generation. Implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
 

Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

     

  • Compensation:  $65k - $85k annually based on qualifications and experience.
