Overview

Provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to the policies and procedures established. To provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Executive Housekeeper in supervising the housekeeping staff.
  • Assist the Housekeepers and the housemen as needed.
  • Inspect guest rooms after the housekeepers have finished cleaning to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next check-in.
  • Compile and report accurate room status of guest rooms to the front office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Practices chemical safety rules and follows procedures for hazardous materials
  • Inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room
  • Respond in a timely manner to guest’s requests.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Opera PMS and Microsoft computer experience

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $17.50/hour
