Job Summary:


We are seeking a Complimentary Breakfast - Lounge Attendant to join our dynamic team. This individual will ensure an inviting and clean environment for our guests, while anticipating and addressing their needs. The attendant will follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, ensure food service compliance, and uphold health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the lounge for seating availability, guest service, safety, and well-being.
  • Serve food and maintain the lounge area in compliance with local, state, and federal health standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of counters, tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Stock and organize storage cabinets with supplies.
  • Sweep and mop the lounge area as needed.
  • Communicate replenishment needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Complete daily opening and closing checklists and submit them to the Front Office Manager.
  • Wash dishes, serving utensils, and pans as needed.
  • Secure cabinets, entrance doors, and storage areas.
  • Communicate guest feedback to the Front Office Management.
  • Perform additional tasks such as stocking perishable items using the FIFO method, trash removal, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the space.

Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • Proficiency in English (multilingual skills preferred).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and patient demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask, manage time, and resolve issues with a customer-focused mindset.
    • SafeServe certification is preferred but not required.
    • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, and pushing/pulling.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
