Prepare and serve food and drink products in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and providing excellent face-to-face customer service.

• Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service.

• Discover customer needs and suggests product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.

• Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner in accordance with the Duty Rosters and cleaning standards.

• Performs equipment maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance checklist.

• Prepares a variety of customer beverages orders.

• Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products.

• Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

• Follows cash handling procedures and register policies.

• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing Initial Store Training and passing barista certification with a score of 90% or better.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Barista / Food Service experience preferred
